Word was received in forsyth Saturday of the death of Mrs John W. Ellis in Miles City on Friday. Mrs Ellis had been a resident of the Hathaway community for many years, going there as a bride in 1892. The deceased is survived by her husband and two daughters, Mrs Joseph Bell of Tacoma, Wash and Mrs Earl Comstock of Miles City. Billings Weekly Gazette 19 Oct 1928 pg 8
