Note
Cecilia Jane gave her parents' names as William and Eunice on a later marriage record. She married Lewis McDougall in 1880 at Trinity Methodist Church in Charlottetown at the age of 18. Lewis was a farmer from Lot 16, and that was where they were living at the time of the 1881 census.

She was a widow, and living with her children in Welford Parish, Kent County, New Brunswick in the 1901 census. At home were Theodore, 19; Eva 15; Henry 13; Oressa 11; Parker 9 and Ernest 17. She was Jane Budd in 1911, again a widow living with her married daughter Eva.
Another family tree says daughter of George (1838-1921) and Mary (1838-1914). George and Mary also had a daughter Cecilia Jane, who was born 16 Jan 1866 in Crapaud, PEI. She was Mrs. Cecilia Duff in her father's obituary. A Celia Simmons married Charles Duff in 29 Oct 1884 in Illinois. In 1910, Celia was living in Denver. Cecelia Jane Duff died 17 Mar 1939.
