RICHARD LIDSTONE'S WILL 1873
"I, Richard Lidstone of Lot 7, being sick in body, but of perfect mind and memory, give and bequeath to
my wife Elizabeth 50 acres of leasehold land in Lot 7, adjoining homestead, at death to become the
property of son Edward.
To son Edward the homestead and 100 acres of land, he to pay all debts, etc.
To son Richard 100 Lbs. (sic) as soon as he is 21.
To son Isaac Darby 20 Lbs. when necessary for his education.
To daughter Elizabeth 12 acres in Lot 7, between lands in possession of William Fishe on north and
Samuel Lidstone on south.
To daughter Priscilla (Locke) one cow and two sheep when she gets married.
To daughter Annie (Mary Anne Locke) one cow and two sheep when she gets married.
To daughter Mary Katherine one cow and two sheep when she gets married.
To son Samuel 6 shillings. To son James 6 shillings. To son William 6 shillings.
To son Jabez 6 shillings.
To son Andrew 6 shillings. To son Edward 6 shillings.
To son Edward remainder of my personal property and effects after payment of all my lawful debts and
legacies.
My wife Elizabeth and my son Edward to be Executrix and Executor."
