Sarah, from West Devon PEI married Augustus Langill in Moncton in 1885.

Another McArthur family in Lot 10 was James McArthur and Peggy McInnis. They came from the Portage Road in the Rustico area, and their son John lived in Lot 10. In 1891, John's sister Catherine and his mother were living with him. There are baptismal records for this family, but no daughter Sarah. I haven't been able to find the family in the 1881 census.

The 1881 census might not help with Sarah - there was a Sarah J. McArthur, born 1860, working as a servant in Charlottetown. And there was a Jane, age either 15 or 14, in the household of John McArthur in Lot 65 in 1881.

When she died, she was the widow of Augustus. Sarah died at the home of her son Harold M. Langill, in her 84th year in 1946.

Sarah's sister Isabelle died in Cambridge, Mass in 1933 - I am assuming that Sarah provided the information on the death record, since she was named as a surviving sister in the newspaper. Isabella's death record says their parents were James McArthur and Margaret McKinley, and I believe this should be McInnis.
