Notes
Note
Charles is probably the male, aged 5/12 and born in Nova Scotia in the 1881 census, and mistakenly entered as a female Cynia F. in 1891 - perhaps Charlie was mis-heard by the census taker.
Chas. F. MacDougall, second son of Rev. Dr. McDougall, formerly of PE Island and for a time pastor of the Calvin church and later of the Unitarian church, Saint John but now stationed in New Hampshire, died some time ago at Chickamauga Park, Lytle, Georgia. He enlised as a soldier in the Maine Regiment but was stricken down with yellow fever and died. He was a very popular young man.
