FORMER ISLAND- Preston Ellis received a telegram telling of the death of his brother James C. Ellis who passed away quite suddenly at his home in Quincy Mass on June 8th. The deceased was born in Bideford but left the Island when 18 years of For 42 years he workcd with the Boston Ice only and was held in high regard by all who knew him.
His wife died about a year ago; he leaves to mourn one son and a daughter.
Survived by brothers Preston, Russell, Hampton, Harold in Minn.
