Herbert said his mother, Mrs. E. White, was living in Boston when he filled out a registration form in Maine for World War 1. Possible she is the Eleanor Lee White who died in Barre Massachusetts in 1943. It looks like she was an inmate of the Tewksbury State Hospital And Infirmary in her later years.
