Frank's birth was recorded in Massachusetts Births. Dymond Frank Allan Dymond, 21, and Helen Margaret Sims, 21, both of Sacramento took out a marriage license in October 1916. Sacramento Union, Number 61, 31 October 1916

In 1917-1918, on his registration form for WW1, he was married. The form was from California, and Frank and his wife Helen were living in Sacramento with their son William in the 1920 census. Son William was 2, and his birthplace was transcribed as Canada (maybe should have been California).

In 1930, Frank (34) and Helen (34, b. Missouri) were living with Frank's mother Ellen and the following children: William (12, says b. California), Robert W. (8, b. Ca), Milbourne A. (5), Claire (3), Lloyd (2).

Frank gave his occupation as project manager on a road construction project, but on the supplementary question at the bottom of the census form said that his usual occupation was travelling salesman for meat and produce. They were living in North Sacramento.

From birth and other California records on familysearch.org, Helen's maiden name was Sims or Simms. This branch of the family used the name Dymond.
