Given their dates of birth, I am guessing that George, Ellen, and Thomas Lee were siblings, children of Newton and Eleanor Lee. The relatively uncommon name Newton appears in all of their families.

Thomas married Mary McArthur. (Lot 16)
George married Flora McArthur.
Ellen married Alexander McArthur (Lot 16)

And perhaps the McArthurs they married were also related.
However, I am still looking for proof!

Ellen said she was a widow in the 1891 census, both parents born on Prince Edward Island. Alexander was living in Summerside.
