By a telegram to Miss Agnes Ramsay from Geo Ramsay of Melrose, Mass, the death occurred of her sister [should be his sister, or her aunt] Miss Mary Ramsay at an early hour on the 12th inst. Miss Ramsay was in her 87th year and was a daughter of the late John Ramsay of St. Eleanors. Geo Ramsay of Melrose is the only remaining brother and Mrs Wm. Chappell formerly of Smmerside, now in her 97th year aare the only remaining members of a large family. Guardian 14 July 1911 pg 8
