MARRIAGE: MACLEAN-MACFADYEN - On the 28th ult., by the Rev. Mr. M'Gregor, Mr. John Macfadyen, jun., Tryon, to Margaret, eldest daughter of Mr. Alexander M'Lean, Grand River, Lot 16.

If Margaret was the Margaret McFadyen, widow, in Nebraska she said she had been married 57 years (John had died in 1901) and had had 9 children, 7 living in 1910. She had said 10 children, 9 living in 1900, and that they had been married 56 years.
