ANOTHER GOLDEN WEDDING

Mr. and Mrs. Isaac McLean, of 1808 Massachusetts avenue, 'were married fifty years ago last Monday. Because of recent bereavement, through the loss of their son-in-law, no celebration of the golden anniversary was arranged. They were, however, the recipients of many beautiful gifts, and all day Monday letters and cards expressing feiii-itntions were received. Mr. and Mrs. McLean were married in Boston and their half-century anniversary finds them both enjoying excellent health. Mrs. McLean was previous lo her marriage Miss Margaret Batterberry, of Boston. She ' s of "Id English parentage. Soon after their marriage, Mr. and Mrs. McLean moved to Cambridge, where they have resided during the past forty-eight years. Mr. McLean is well known in this city, being a trustee of th.. new Municipal hospital, was formerly was a member of tile board of aldermen and also served as representative in the state legislature. They have four sons and a daughter: Isaac A. McLean, of Jamaica Plain! George M'Lean. of this city; William A. McLean, "f Arlington Heights; Frank A. McLean, of Arlington: and Mrs. Fernald of Montclair, N.J, who was formerly Miss Margaret M'Lean. Tliere are also three grand childrell.
