Note

George was the adopted son of John and Margaret (Silliker) Dyment. He married Winnifred Cain, daughter of Mary J. Hillson and David Caine of Summerside, in Dexter, Maine on November 9, 1904. Winnifred's father and brother died in the wreck of their Schooner Thetis in 1906.

In 1910, George and Winnifred were living with George's sister Jennie and her husband William Wedlock (transcribed as Willcock) with their daughters Mabel and Lecil. George was a streetcar operator in 1930, his wife Winnifred was a waitress in a banquet hall, and daughter Lecil (22) was a stenographer. Son Earl was 15. By the time of the 1940 census, Lecil Franklin, a widow aged 32, was living with her parents in Medford. George was still working for the railway as a conductor, and Lecil was a cashier.
