Said to be a son of Edward and Mary (Drummond), Lot 18. Name from another family tree. BUT - Not in PEI Baptismal Index, not named in father's will, or the estate papers of Edward Jr. in 1866. Did not sign Indenture dated 1868 between Arthur Owen and James and Catherine Ramsay; Mary, Janet, Margaret, James (Donald's son) & Elizabeth, William and Dorothy Hillman, and John and Catherine Hamilton. Land Conveyances, vol 91 pg 371
Dougald and Richard Ramsay were witnesses at the marriage of James Ramsay and Catherine Dawson, in 1858.
Dugald moved to Fortune Cove, then moved to the States. Unmarried, according to Pathways to the Present.
