Note

According to Past and Present of Prince Edward Island, Mary was the daughter of Donald Ramsay and Mary McMillan, in Port Hill, Lot 13.

There were two girls in the household of the Widow Ramsay in Lot 13 in the 1798 census, and Mary could be one of them.

Mary and Archibald's marriage was not in the Cash License Book.

Archibald didn't leave a will, but there were estate papers.

Mary died in 1873 at the age of 91.
